Jealousy

I spent the weekend at K9 Kindercare while Barbara went away to celebrate her Mom's birthday. I like going to K9 Kindercare because they take great care of me and I have lots of fun with the other dogs. But Barbara didn't bring me back a present from San Antonio. I feel very sorry for the dogs there if there are no treats and toys in the entire city.

But what really annoyed me is that Ambrose got to stay with my boyfriend Trotter, his big sister Dreamer and Chris. I cannot believe that I had to go to the kennel while Ambrose got spoiled at Trotter's house.



He got to play in the yard all the time and hang out with Trotter.



Chris always has really good treats and I bet she gave him a lot.



On Saturday, Chris took Ambrose with her to a seminar and I heard that everyone there made a big fuss over him. I am just sick with jealousy about the whole thing!

I got him back though. He tried to play with my fish stuffie this morning and I nailed him. He won't be doing that any time soon.

    No new toy and no special time with one of your many boyfriends? Sometimes life is so unfair, especially when one's younger sibling seems to be having all the fun. I'm glad to hear that despite all that you're still the boss!

    Humph. I hope he was forced to work on his puppy agilities. Looks like all the equipment was there. It is hard being the older sibling sometimes.

    Oh Niamh, you poor thing! That's just too unfair, especially the part about no presents. It's fun to have a brother to play with, but things do seem unfair sometimes.

    That is really unfair! Ambrose probably needed the socialisation but you is so super clever you did not. I think you need to demand extra treats for this.

    It looks like Ambrose is growing pretty fast. Soon he'll be a big fellow and the special treatment will stop. Then you can show how worldly and experienced you are and get lots of hugs and treats.

    Oh you have to realize that Ambrose is just a pup and he will get lots of attention.. We sure hope that Callie grows up soon too. We are tired of her getting all the attention too..

    Trotter should have come back home with his tail between his legs. BRAT!!!

    We are most interested in that agility set up. Ms. Alpha is making copious notes and drawing plans. Soon, I will have a playground in my yard, too.

    I am sure, by now, Barbara has her tail between her legs, too. She should have known better than to park you at Kinderpup and come back empty handed.

    Poor you Niamh but it wont be for ever. Ambrose needs to learn like you did when you were young. We would complain though...no treats from Barbara's trip...we think that means you should get a special treat now for being such a great big Sis...hehe
