Wow!

I've been totally bored lately because it has been too hot to go tracking. So I was very excited to find this box on the patio this afternoon. I knew it was for me because it had a paw print stamped on it.

"Hurry up and help me open this box!"

It was my International Goody Exchange package from Skye and the Moondance Huskies!! Yeah! It was wrapped all nicely with tissue paper and there was a beautiful card of a wolf from the Huskies and their kitties.

Look at all these terrific goodies! All kinds of great cookies including peanut butter, fillet mignon, berry flavored and iced cookies with sprinkles! I wanted to try every kind immediately but Barbara only let me have a few of the berry flavored ones which were delish.

There was also a squeaky bone and a wonderful stuffed rabbit that squeaks. I am in heaven because I love stuffed toys.

I can't thank the Moondance Huskie Sled Dog Team enough. This really made my day. To Skye, Lakota, Dave, Angel, Velvet, Jasmine, Blaze and Becky and their kitties Misty, Starr and Diana, I will think of you every time I squeak my new rabbit or chow down on those cookies. Thank you.

That's a beautiful stuffie you got, Niamh! I didn't know bunnies squeak. I just might have to give up on birds to try to catch one of those brown bunnies that I see running around every once in a while.

much love,
Hero

Wow. You scored HUGE with that package, Niamh.

Ms. Alpha nixed any food in my package. So far, I don't even know what wheat and corn taste like! And I've heard all the BEST snackies have them in them.

She swears I will never know the taste of Beggin' Strips or anything from the supermarket. (sigh)

I only eat raw food or Solid Gold...and I think I have an idea what I"m missing.

Hi Niamh,
I miss seeing you at our tracking outings.

My life has been miserable lately. Sandi has not taken me tracking much (except to demo for a bunch of young children at APS - at least they petted me and said I was pretty), she hasn't had a computer so my blog is so old I'm embarrassed. And I don't get boxes of toys like you do.

But, Ruby's 10th birthday is this coming Tuesday, and Sandi is talking about 'firing up the grill' to celebrate - maybe she'll be grilling some good dog food instead of vegys, and maybe I'll get some. I'll let you know what happens.

Your friend, Ayla
